Project Description: Stepped into the case as the broker was bringing our client a LOI. We reviewed the finances and helped the client renegotiate the LOI and add $850,000 to the purchase price with better terms, an increased ROI of over $800,000.

Project Description: The client wanted to create an internal transfer of ownership for partial equity purposes. We were able to guide our client through the potential pitfalls in the equation and achieve a win-win result for all parties.
